Yes. The Wall Mount Set bracket is steel, rated to 3x the load, and anchors into drywall with the included toggles. No stud required. Holds dogs up to 10 kg (22 lb).
Once mounted it doesn't wobble, tilt or creep down the wall. It sits like a shelf, because structurally that's what it is. Drywall, plaster and brick all work. Avoid tile and thin partition panels.
